Aplicable Scope
ZJL MultiFunctional Vacuum transformer oil purification plant is mainly used to improve the properties of Transformer oil. It can remove trace free water, soluble water, gas, acid, free carbon(polarity material), suspended particles and other impurities from the insulating oil, which includes transformer oil, break oil, capacitor oil, switch oil, mutual oil, cable oil and so on. What's important, ZJL has the decolorization plant that can change the color to limpid and clean one. so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.
ZJL series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.

Features
1. With vacuum pump and decolorization system, which use physiochemical reaction to change the brown waste transformer oil to limpid clean oil.
2. Eliminates water, gas and impurities effectively by utilizing the unique technology of 3D Stereo-Evaporation, hence improve the voltage withstand strength and the quality of oil, which ensures a safe operation of power generation equipment.
3. The transformer oil purification plant can inject the insulation oil into the transformer devices, and has the function of electrification online operation.
4. After treating, the oil can reach the new oil standard, which not only retains the active elements, but also improves the insulation of device and enhances the ability of anti-oxygen. Besides, the cost will be reduced by 90 percent compared with traditional way of oil-change.
5. High performance security system including pressure protection device and automatic temperature controller makes purifier operate safely.
6. Utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology. To remove free, soluble water,
carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly.
7. This transformer oil purification plant can work independently, also it can work with the oil regeneration system that can eliminate the acid, the color and reduce the PH value effectively, then further enhance the insulation value of oil.
